The site is situated on the northeast corner of Bridger Drive and Story Mill Road within the Story Mill District. The developing District is in need of a commercial core to provide services to the surrounding neighborhoods and community members alike.
Workforce Housing
Introduction
Our team recognizes the housing crisis in our valley and lack of attainable, workforce housing.
In response, we at HBP are voluntarily providing a minimum of 60 housing units within the R-5 zoning that are priced no greater than 120% of Area Median Income (AMI).
This will be the first unsubsidized workforce housing in Bozeman.
Sale and Management
The sale / leasing and management of the income restricted housing units shall be administered by a community land trust or other entity acceptable to the City.
Construction
Construction of the income restricted housing will begin prior to the vertical construction within the B-2M zoning district and we will complete all 60 units within 24 months after commencing construction.
Housing Types
In addition to the effort above, we are proposing to develop a range of housing types which will provide a variety in price points within Canyon Gate to better serve the needs of the community.
